On the Road from Boston to London

Hey all! Super quick update for you. This week we are on the road from Boston to London! We don’t really have the quiet time we need to share a more in-depth article so here are just a few highlights.

The Boston Marathon Experience with Destination Marathons

We had the amazing opportunity to spend time with the team from Destination Marathons while we were in Boston. Here are some pics of the bus tour we took with Tom Derderian winning coach for the Greater Boston Track Club, President of the USA Track and Field New England Association, author and producer of Boston: The Documentary.

We also enjoyed doing a Coffee Crawl with 26.2 Coffee, a pasta dinner at the Dante Alighieri Cultural Center in Cambridge and a special cheering section at mile 16.5 on Marathon Monday.

Pip, Pip and all that

We left Bean Town on Tuesday and landed in jolly ol’ England yesterday. I am working remotely while we’re here and since our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, I spent most the of the day posted up in the hotel’s pub – Fuller’s. The sunlight and the view made for a pretty great day.

Last night we had Thai food at Jack’s Bar and ended the night listening to jazz at the Oriole X.

Day two in London is coming up! No idea what it holds but we will be sure to share the best of it with you. If you’d like to keep up in real time, follow us on Instagram at the__travel__oracle. Cheers!
